• Draft summary of the RFP “Request For Proposal” and distribute the work related to the tender accordingly to the concerned teams,
• Demonstrate and explain the tender summary to stakeholders, follow up with all the concerned teams to collect the proposal and submit it within the time limit,
• Revise and submit the proposal, following the rules and conditions of the RFP.
• Draft, evaluate, negotiate and execute variety of different contracts covering a wide range of transactions, draft standardized format for new contracts
• Create and manage a contract strategy, generate reports on the current status of existing contracts,
• Negotiate contract terms, conditions and pricing and follow up to ensure execution according to the negotiated terms,
• Analyze and report on specific risks associated with contracts, communicate and present information to stakeholders, head of departments, board of directors about all contract related subjects,
• Monitor contracts and conclude close-out, extension or renewal accordingly with procurement team to what’s best for the company,

• Engage relevant stakeholders in negotiation decisions involving legal or regulatory requirements, contract standards and cost targets.

A- Legal Consultant and Contract Manager

Proceed with the role of Legal Consultant for all the current projects already established to maintain stability and work flow.

• Litigation support and following up with external lawyers.
• Drafting all Memos related to work and subsidiaries legal cases.
• Debit Collection.
• Prepare legal documents i.e. contracts, company policies & trademark applications.
• Representing the company and subsidiaries with governmental authorities in UAE.
• Arranging meetings & drafting & amending of legal documents.
• Responsible for coordination and administration of contracts.
• Performing legal research for Company owner.
• Prepare legal documents i.e. contracts, company policies & trademark applications.

• Study the contracts strictly to understand the legal obligations and terms of contract.
• Represent the organization while formulating the rules and laws of transacting businesses.
• Update the organization on changes in laws and help the organization make relevant changes to their work profile.
• Drafting all legal papers for the organization.
• Supervise and finishing in field if needed on all transactions related to government.
• Oversee organizational contract development and management activities, and enforce organizational principles of integrity and compliance.
• Ensure that contracts and proposals are properly entered into organizational databases and securely maintained.
• Develop standards for contracts, including presentation of budget, payment terms, general language and provisions.
• Perform appropriate Research, administrative and operational research to support proposal and contract development.
• Conduct contract strategy meetings to identify issues and client requirements, facilitate pricing discussions, and obtain senior management input on timelines and deliverables.
• Draft contractual provisions based on strategy discussions, senior management input, and organizational needs and expectations.
• Assure accuracy and appropriateness of contract text and attachments.
• Interface with insurance companies regarding adequacy of coverage and purchasing needs.
• Serve as primary organizational contact during contract negotiations.

• Maintain deadlines on deliverables and communicate on an ongoing basis with business partners and internal clients about contractual issues.
