Managing all the Government & Public Relations
Supervising the implementation of CRM system.
Manage all governmental documents in and all local & international agreements Handling the insurances for all showrooms items (Material damage- works men - fire polices)
Managing petty cash

- Lead renewal of all Trade licenses on time in UAE.
- Developed an extended network of government contacts in different government departments (Immigration, Labor, Commerce, Police) leading to smooth service delivery.
- Provided training to Junior PROs, Logistic team, and HR administrators on all Immigration and labor matters.
Major Achievement in this period:
- Supported with creating an in-house visa processing desk, which has reduced about 80% of processing time and increase efficiency.
- Reduced cost by about 75% when implemented a process change, and managed to get approval from Immigration (one of the entity that hosted the largest number of employees) to apply for employees family visas in the Immigration department directly.
- Streamlined the process of obtaining Mission visa (short term work permit) which initially used to take more than 2 months and reduced the timeline to about 1-12 working days (as the process final outcome is subject to government approval)
