Scope of work:
• Medium & Low voltage networks.
• Installation of most electrical systems as (Lighting & Panels, KWH meters, Receptacles, Fire alarm, Transformers, Generators, ATS, RMUs, Grounding System, AC, and all (Low voltage & Medium voltage) cables works.
• Street lighting & Telecommunication.
• Sewerage treatment plant.
• Pump stations of Irrigation, Potable water, and Fire Fighting.
• Role in this projects :
• Review and approve the shop drawings, materials and other submittals as may be required.
• Co-ordinate with Contractor’s designer where required to expedite any drawing revision.
• Visiting site regularly to check on going works, quality, progress, problems or conflicts and adherence to specification.
• Prepare guidance information based upon the Contract documents to assist the site personnel.
• Prepare a checklist of works detailing, work quality and quantity.
• Participate in any modification changes that may occur during project period, evaluate its impact on the system, and provide acceptable operational solutions.
• Monitor and expedite contractor’s procurement of material and equipment.
• Report to Project Management for any delays and critical items.
• Monitor, expedite, and supervise the contractor’s methods of exercising the testing and commissioning procedures and their records .
• Preparing project reports (written and photographic) on progress of works, quality and technical conformance of the works, safety and other matters.
• Attending technical and progress meetings with the contractor/client's representative.
