Currently working as a Receptionist / Office Admin, I am responsible for receiving and welcoming guests and clients, answering telephone calls and transferring them to the respective people / department, checking and forwarding emails, creating and sending inter-company memorandums, applying and renewing of the visas and medical insurances of the employees, registering the company as supplier of major companies and government entities, keeping company-related files and documents, etc.
Having been a Sales Executive for almost 2 years of a 4 star hotel in Malvar, Batangas, Philippines, I was responsible for closing deals (events and functions to be specific) for the hotel and reaching annual target sales revenue of the company. I was also the one who handled the events that I have closed. I also did secretarial jobs like presentations, reports and the likes for my Department head.
Having been a Customer Service Representative in a call center before, I took calls from dental health providers who inquire and ask for information and various details regarding their patients' dental health insurances. I then provide them with the information they needed.
During my College education, I was an Emilio Aguinaldo scholar of our University. I graduated with the award of Cum Laude.
