• Conducting the following bare shaft pump as follows:
a. UL (Under Laboratory) Pump testing facility of End Suction and Horizontal Split Case pumps at Test Rig-3; 2 and 1 at the required rated flow of 50 to 2500 GPM (50 and 60 Hz) and the rated pressure of 5 to 21 bars by using UL testing software and variable frequency drive (VFD), according to UL 448 standard.
• Prepared the computations based on pump testing results and submitted test reports to Q.C Department.
• Coordinate with Production Assembly Engineer according to their required pump job order schedule.
• Knowledge in calculating the required impeller size of both End Suction and Horizontal Split case pumps by using Affinity Law computations.
• Supervising and maintaining the twenty (20) nos. of Pneumatic and Motorized butterfly valves and five (5) Nos. of Flow meters of our pump testing facility, as well as the pressure transducers, and their respective yearly calibration of each equipment.
• Conducting the Hydro Static Test of both End Suction and Horizontal Split case pumps at required pressure.
• Supervising and maintaining the two (2) Gen Set with the capacity of 200 KVA to be used for pump testing of 60 Hz requirements.
• Other works task assigned by the Production Manager.
• Supervise/assemble of fire pumps set such as: electric motor; diesel engine and jockey pump at the required flow of 50 to 1000 GPM.
• Supervise the pressure testing of electric motor; diesel engine and jockey fire pumps set at the required pressure of 5 to 13 bars.
• Witnessed the Testing and Commissioning of electric motor; diesel engine and jockey pumps to our clients.
• Supervise / maintenance and repairs of our plant machineries such as: Hydraulic Shearing and Bending Machines; Four Columns Hydraulic Press & Hydraulic Press Brake; Lathe Machines; Drilling & Milling Machines; Mechanical Press; Hydraulic Pipe Bending Machine; Pipe Threading Machine; Straightening and Un-coiler Machine; Rotary Screw air Compressor; Powder Coating; Furnace machine and others.
• Supervise the repair and maintenance of four (4) units Forklift Machines, two (2) units company service buses (Mitsubishi Brand); three (3) units pick-up (double cabin) and others.
• Supervise the Twenty (20) workers at various departments such as: Production, Testing and Maintenance Department.
• Responsible for materials order required at production site & machine spare parts.
• Other works task assigned by Production Manager.
Project: Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank H.Q (B+4+G+UG+M+12+TL+Roof) Twin Tower, Abu Dhabi U.A.E
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervision and installation of HDPE Underground drainage pipes as per approved shop Drawing.
• Supervision and installation of HDPE Gully trap with inlet and outlet pipe and fittings Connection, as per approved shop drawing.
• Supervision and installation of HDPE and high pressure puddle flanges inside tower-1 & 2.
• Supervision and installation of car park gully & channel gratings, including FCO.
• Fully material take-off such as; Drainage and water supply pipe and fittings; chilled water Pipe and fittings and accessories as per approved shop drawings
• Prepare work inspection request (W.I.R) and delivered material inspection request (DMIR).
• Daily quality inspection and walk down / punch list report.
• Materials order as required at the site based on the approved material submittal.
• Other works task assigned by the C.M and Sr. Mechanical Engineer.
Project: U-Bora Tower (P+10+52 Floors), Business Bay Center. Dubai U.A.E
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervision & installation of V.A.V / C.A.V Units; G.I/Pre-insulated supply and return ducts; flexible ducts; VCD; fire dampers; diffusers and Linear grilles.
• Supervise and monitor of 100 workers at the site to ensure all works is according to the approved shop drawings.
• Request of materials and tools as required at the site.
• Implement safety rules and regulation at the work place.
• Other works task assign by the Project Manager.
Project: CIVIL DEFENCE BUILDING, G+1+ROOF (5 BUILDINGS). AL AIN, UAE
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervision and installation of soil; waste & vent pipes including the drainage stacks in risers as per approved construction drawing.
• Supervision and installation of PPR; PEX pipes & fittings for hot/cold water supply as per approved construction drawing.
• Supervision and installation of drainage manholes; gulley traps & pipe laying as per approved construction drawing.
• Supervision and fixing of sanitary wares; mixers & fittings including water heaters.
• Supervision and installation of transfer & booster pumps including water tanks as per approved construction drawing.
• Supervision and monitoring the fire fighting sub-contractor & all the mechanical works at the site.
• Full take-off and materials order, of the required materials at the site, as per approved material submittals.
• Supervise the 35 plumbers and monitor the required works in 5 project sites.
• Conduct inspection request, leaked and pressure test, testing & commissioning.
• Prepare progress report for the weekly meeting with the project management and consultant.
• Coordinate with the MEP Consultant Engineer for the approval of material submittal and required shop drawing.

• Supervision/inspection of complete Mechanical services i.e Plumbing system, electrical conduit, HVAC & Duct work system, domestic water supply, fire fighting, sprinkler system; LPG pipe installation, water mist & building management system (B.M.S)
• Supervision & monitoring of sewerage & storm water pipe installation, drainage and storm manholes installation including sand, gulley & grease trap chambers.
• Supervision & monitoring of complete CHW pipe installation (District Cooling) such as: 1100, 1000, 900 dia. supply and return main pipe line & 600 dia. pipe branch, supply to various E.T.S mechanical rooms, including rubber insulation, canvas cloth, aluminum cladding & fixing of saddle supports.
• Inspection and approval of mechanical & electrical materials, based on the approved material submittal.
• Preparation and implementation of site instructions, safety violations, non - conformance reports & snag list.
• Preparation of mechanical and electrical weekly progress reports.
• Ensuring the work carried out on site conforms to contract drawing, technical specification and local authority regulations.
• To witness the testing and commissioning of the entire mechanical and electrical services.
