• Develop activities and plans to monitor the HSSE activities that support the overall HSSE program and protocols, including HSSE audits, inspections, reviews, risk assessments, and other HSSE assessments.
• Implement and audit to achieve compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards and recommend corrective actions and measures.
• Planning, development, and implementation of HSSE policies, strategies, programs, and standards across the integrated solutions and procedures to ensure implementation of site operations and monitoring of approved HSSE management plans
• Review the completed work of others for conformity to HSSE Policy and its effectiveness.
• Create the HSSE policies, procedures, and systems, implementation, update, and review.
• Recommend strategic direction for all elements of the Health, Safety, Security, and Environment program.
• Support the training and development of all staff to ensure awareness and understanding of Healthy, Safety, Security, and Environment Standards and their relevance to business objectives,
• Support senior management in implementing health, safety, environment, and security management system requirements.
• Enhanced health, safety, and environment program teams to review new and existing programs to evaluate their relevance and need for change
• Establish and monitor Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) protocols, processes, and initiatives to meet regulatory requirements and the HSSE needs while ensuring the highest levels of quality in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and management policies.
• Ensure that all staff knows the importance of following safety system procedures and all safety equipment provided as part of implementing specialized training courses.
• Develop statistical analysis of incidents, identify trends, and propose improvement plans.
• Conduct statistical analysis of general accidents, accident reporting, and scope of investigation procedures in the occupational health and safety management system, Root Cause Analysis, obtaining and recording information, and various techniques adopted for conducting investigations, corrective and preventive measures to avoid recurrence, and internal and external reporting mechanisms the regulatory authority.
• Interest in advanced risk assessment techniques, including (HAZOP, FMEA, FTA, ETA, SIL), etc.
• Maintain safety and health rules to protect workers through OSHA management systems.
• Conduct health, safety, Security, and environmental inspections and audits of the company's activities on and off-site to verify compliance with local and international standards and company reference documents.
• Take an active role in conducting, monitoring, and implementing control processes for environmental aspects, including waste management, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), and Environmental permit operation documentation audits as required by the (National Center for Environmental Compliance).
• Main Achievements: Supervising the installation of security surveillance cameras in all corporate locations and training staff to work on them
• Contribute to the planning, execution, and reporting of the QHSE management system audit (internal and external)
• Participate in planning, execution, and reporting of OHSE core activities, legal and other requirements, OHSE hazard identification & risk assessments (HIRA), environmental aspects and impacts assessment (EAIA), and emergency management.
• Investigate and develop improvement actions to address customer complaints, system or product non-conformances, improvement opportunities, and OHS incidents.
• Development of processes, procedures, forms, and other documents for the HSSE management system
• Review the project-specific document (Project Execution Plan, Project Quality Plan, HSSE Plan, Inspection, and Test Plan) before submission to the client.
• Strong in fire risk assessment in the process involving the systematic evaluations of the factors that determine the hazard from fire, the likelihood of a fire, and the consequences if one were to occur.
• Support the development, promotion, and implementation of QHSE service improvement activities and initiatives across the company
• Improve and direct safety and security management programs by initiating and influencing the integration and activation of safety and security policies and procedures.
• Support senior management in HSE policy and matters relating to guidelines and organizational roles and responsibilities.
• Contribute to establishing a new Security and Safety department with its regulations and policies to ensure the safety and security of the company and its branches throughout the SA.
• Plan and manage security and safety policies developed to meet all legal requirements and security restrictions
