• Put in place a framework to support rapid mobilisation of resources Working with senior managers, coaching them and advising them on all people issues.

• Serve as Human Resource Business Partner to 5 Business Units in the EPC, MEP business

This is a specialist role handling all Recruitment, Training, Employee Relations of
the company.
• Working on a Job Evaluation Review for the company in collaboration with Group
HR and Hay South Africa.
• Review of the Human Resource policies and development of policies for Recruitment,
Promotions, Staff Performance Management and Grievance and Discipline.
• Responsible for implementing Oracle HRMS-Version 12 R for the entire organization.
• Spearheading the implementation of ISO 9001: 2008 across the organization, working
with a cross functional team.
•Played a key role in hiring of Construction staff from South Asia, GCC and Far east ( over 700 staff each year) \n•Identification of training needs, conducted extensive needs analysis with the Senior Management Team.( Over 14 \ndepartments) \n• Prepared the training calendar for the year, in collaboration with Project leaders, Senior Construction Managers \nand the Executive Director- Operations \n•Sourced vendors for various Construction and Behavioural training programs. \n•Evaluating feedback from programs and devising appropriate action plans. \n• Administration and education of Managers/ staff on use of the Performance Management System. ( Over 150 managers and 800 staff) \n• Review and development of the Graduate Engineer Trainee Program ( 15 Graduate Engineers each year) \n• Managed all employee relations issues related to grievances and disciplinary matters staff Probations, \nconfirmations, resignations and terminations.
•Collaborate with Recruitment team to research and implement best Recruitment practises.
• Assisted Employee Relations with the development of Human Resource practises for banks
• Organizing the selection and implementation of suitable training program content, duration, delivery modes and vendors to address the learning & development needs pan-country. ( 80 banking programs, 55 behavioural related training )
• Developed structured training &development interventions specifically designed to respond to bank’s needs as well as create impact on the work environment.
• Monitored and ensured the staff specialized development programs achieve optimum performance.
·Supervise and co-ordinate entire recruitment process for clerical and officer staff. ·
Provide inputs for all middle and junior level behavioral training and management development programmes. ·
