Follow up on the HR daily operations with the HR team and resolve any pending or raised issues
Set the framework of the Employer Brand Architecture Model to improve image and reflect proud employee
Ensure a proper implementation of the manpower planning and be aware of any unjustified headcount
Reinstate the grading structure, recommend changes and execute accordingly
Conduct a thorough revision of compensation and benefits with phased improvement plan set in place
Calculate employee’s incentives on quarterly and annual basis
Verify attendance
Cascade planning and performance management system throughout the organization based on action plans
Optimize org charts with timeline of vacancies, replacements and redundancies
Ensure all HR processes, policies and procedures are developed and updated
Ensure the development of HR initiative (Code of Conduct/Employee Handbook)
Lead the development of MyTanmia Intranet
Identify training needs with direct link to OGSM; plan and execute accordingly
Prepare all Internal Communications and communicate accordingly
Organize all company’s events in terms of facilities and logistics
Member of the Cost Chase Committee to monitor and control the departmental expenses, highlight any waste and suggest cost reduction solutions
Attend pre-flight briefings to review emergency procedures, flight details, expected issues and crew coordination plans.
Check on board medical kits and emergency equipment to ensure functionality and ensure passenger cabin is adequately prepared.
Greet passengers during boarding and advise them where to stow carry-on items.
Instruct use of emergency equipments and maintain safe conditions in airplane cabin.
Provide friendly and professional in-flight service.
Provide medical care whenever needed.
Quality Coordinator
Assist Quality Management Representative in various tasks.
Conduct unscheduled inspections of activities during various steps in the process.
Create quality assurance reports and analyze the data to determine if any changes in the processes are necessary.
Review Quality Management System standard, study existing policies and procedures, and interview personnel to evaluate effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
Assist quality management representative with records, forms, revisions and procedures.
Responsible for knowing current applicable regulations and informing the Management representative of any new and/or revised regulations imposed.
Compile statistical data and writes narrative reports summarizing quality assurance findings.
Assist departments with the coordination of audit information, and recommends appropriate data-gathering mechanisms and procedures.
Responsible for achieving a satisfactory working environment between other departments performing quality-assurance studies.
Assist with developing and maintaining actual and unusual occurrence procedure.
Review, track and communicate information regarding process variations and quality procedures.
Maintain current and accurate records of all relevant communications, audits, corrective action plans, and effectiveness monitoring.
Ensure that processes needed for the Quality management system according to ISO 9001:2008 are established, implemented and maintained
Ensure the promotion of awareness of quality throughout the employees and the whole organization
Assist in implementing and ensure continuous awareness on the quality policy
Assure the respect of the quality management system at all levels by :
Following up of corrective and preventive actions
Implementing and following up of internal quality indicators
Organizing and following up of management reviews
Participate in the implementation and the continual improvement of the quality management system
HR Officer
Ensure appropriate staffing and recruiting logistics.
Assisting with employee relations and communication
Enter new hire information in the human resource system database
Ensure appropriate compensation and benefits administration and recordkeeping
Ensures that human resource files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and Company policies and procedures
Handle issues and inquires in unavailability of HR Manager
Assist equitable management of staff throughout the organization.
Assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office
Maintain and update vacation records of all employees on Chronos and excel calendar on daily basis and issue transportation fees
Participate in the implementation and the continual improvement of the quality management system
Internal Quality Auditor
Conduct regular audits to ensure that the system comply with ISO 9001:2008 and detect any non-conformity and provide opportunities for improvement.
Issue audit reports and present recommendation for better operation, maintenance and implementation of the system.
Trainer
Conduct quarterly awareness and refreshment sessions
Prepare awareness and refreshment questionnaires in order to test the degree of quality knowledge among the employees
Issue reports after the sessions and tests and present recommendation for improvement
-Maintain filing system of all incoming and outgoing invoices of POB (Port of Beirut), Adnotam and others ….
-Handle and prepare employees’ personal documents such as letters of recommendation, attestations, NSSF documents, payrolls, salaries slips, etc …
Maintain office calendar to coordinate work flow.
Maintain confidentiality & good relations in all aspects of client, managers, staff and agency information.
Set up and coordinate meetings and trainings
Compose reports
Do phone surveys/inquiries as needed
Improve/tighten storage/retrieval systems
Support those whom are learning French and Spanish
Create and maintain filing system
Train and supervise part time course instructors
