MEP Manager
•fully responsible to successfully manage, execute, complete and handover multiple MEP projects related to under suiz canal tunnels project such service building, Residential and Mixed used Buildings etc.
•The Key responsibility include commitment to ensure timely completion of projects within approved budget, and resources without compromising on Quality & Safety
•Monitor projects budget, time schedules to complete work on time, quality control and oversee the overall performance of all MEP aspects of the project
•Open a communication line with the design teams and discussing any modifications related to the electromechanical works.
•Preparing comprehensive periodic reports for high management including status of budgets, variation claims, schedules, disputes, upcoming activities, health & safety records, et.
•Ensure strict adherence to contract terms, general specifications, special specifications, contract design drawings and bills of quantities
•Ensure that the health and safety requirements are provided and that they comply with authorities’ regulations.
•Providing guidance, managerial and technical support to all of the project team works
•Analyze and review in details all of MEP drawings, specifications, statements of project resources, planning and scheduling.
•Assist the scheduling department to developing in detailed CPM (critical path method) schedules for all mechanical, electrical and plumbing installation activities, including cost and resource loading .and performs critical path analysis.
•Prepare plans, schedules, reports and performance evaluations for contractors and subordinates
•Ensure that loss prevention and risk analysis programs are implemented
•Maintain project files for client reports, billing, and company performance against standards
• Adequate knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing designs, functions and facilities and
coordination with other disciplines
• Provide planning and monitor inputs for MEP work plan against on-site work progress
• Ensure the adequacy of the resources be distributed properly to complete the project in a timely
• Review and certify the monthly invoices of the contractors/subcontractors.
• Implement/follow- QA/QC best procedures by maintaining and following policy and procedure of the projects QA/QC
• Leading the technical coordination meetings with contractors, subcontractors, staff and the projects concerned parties
• Providing the technical inputs for offering requests and the awarding of MEP for subcontractors to the contracts and procurement departments
• Familiar, aware of national and international building standard & Codes of all MEP Systems
• Having excellent practical experience on various installations and testing & commissioning of all MEP systems
• Leading and guide a team of Mechanical and Electrical Managers on Site
• Ability to perform all post tender activities of construction until the preliminary to final handing over and completion of the exception item list liability period of the project to ensure compliance of construction activity to best industry standards, international codes, planned timelines, allotted budget, company strategy and goals
• Committed to implementing occupational safety and health with standards in all projects, working on resolving all Quality complaints.

MEP Projects Manager, fully responsible for MEP project activities, work with team to develop schedule, lines of communication, scopes of work, review and maintain cost reports, organize the team to handle areas of tasks to be accomplished in a professional technical and organized processes, , participate in the preparation of contractors scope of work, do serious communication and coordination between the owner and the contractors, run and attend all meetings as required, review and approve all change and variation orders for presentation to the owner, submit regularly progress reports to owner and high management, work with locale authorization having jurisdiction for permits and inspections through certificate of occupancy, assembly and turnover of close out documentation. Prepare the on-site workshop drawings and typical installation drawings - Check and solve any interference may exist between the mechanical systems and the other disciplines. - Manage and supervise the installation team to execute the required activities in accordance with the project's master time schedules. - Ensure that the fabrication and installation works are performed in accordance with the project’s specifications and quality standards. - Report to the technical office / contract administrator for any deviations between the performed works and the contract original scope. - Coordinate with the testing and commissioning teams to perform the necessary tests as per the project's inspection and test plan
