Project Description
Turnkey construction of 2 towers. The towers are composed of 3 common basements, a common ground floor, and 22 floors. The total built-up area is 105, 000m2. The first tower is a 5 stars hotel (Hilton) comprising 256 rooms. The second tower is a residential tower comprising 114 hotel apartments. The contract includes civil works, architectural works, finishing works, MEP works & landscaping. The contractor is JV comprises Arabtec 55% (leader) and SIAC 45%. The contract is on a re-measure basis.
Monitoring all electrical activities with regards to the project. He discusses all electrical issues with the contractor, and in design and progress meetings throughout the duration of the project.
