Company Overview: Barlow Partners, Inc., at its peak managed $2.4 billion (4 fund of funds and 7 separately managed accounts), and had assets invested in a total of 35 underlying funds of AUM ranging from $400 million to $11 billion. Its investor base is 40% endowments and foundations, 30% pension plan and IRAs, 15% advisors, 10% individuals, and 5% corporations.

Chief Financial Officer
• Responsible for overseeing accounting, administration, investor and regulatory reporting.
• Managing and reviewing net asset value calculations performed by the administrator.
• Participating in the preparation of materials to be included in the investors’ quarterly review and the annual and semi-annual letter to investors.
• Responding to investors, prospective investors, and consultants’ requests for information on a timely and accurate manner.
• Coordinating and interacting with various external service providers, including fund administrator, underlying funds’ investment managers, US and BVI legal counsel, the Custodian Bank and Transfer agent.
• Managing the completion of various regulatory and other reporting requirements (forms ADV, PF, 5500, Blue Sky and the Mutual Fund Annual Return (MFAR) for the BVI offshore fund.
• Preparing and updating the financial statements for all funds.
• Managing the coordination of external audits.
• Managing and reviewing K-1’s and tax filing.
• Participating in investors due diligence, and completing due diligence requests.
