. Ensure appropriate EMV project management adoption in the support and delivery including:
a.Risk and issue identification and management
b.Project Milestone and dependency identification
c.Scoping definition and documentation
d.Monitoring & Reporting
. Lead and manage a project team within the respective division, in a central coordination role to
provide smooth delivery of projects matching optimum customer requirements.
. Provide customer with new EMV solutions, consultancy, and information needed to meet requirements and business needs.

EMV data preparation

. Proactively monitor EMV data preparation processes to successfully secure certifications from
various payment systems
. Provided second level technical support to operations team, vendors, and personalisation
bureaus for efficient resolution of EMV data preparation issues. Also, support
personalisation bureaus in card personalisation (using EMP systems)
. Undertake final reviews of EMV cards’ project setups (before going live)
. Enhance performance and EMV certification procedures for customers and partner projects
o Deployed EMV certification procedures for issuing first contactless MasterCard
products for clients in the banking industry
o Enhance partner personalisation bureaus’ procedures for personalisation of EMV cards
. Skilfully manage EMV migration, in-house EMV cards’ personalisation, and in-house pin
printing projects
o Managed migration process of EMV products from SDA to DDA CAM platform
. Study clients’ request and undertake new EMV developments for products
o Tested new EMV features before their launch and documented internal procedures
. Train staff members on new products and spearhead efforts for improving service quality
-Implement EFT projects related to Delivery Department.
-Support all other UPS projects implementation.
-Support all project’s tasks like customization, testing and certifications with any third party like
VISA, MCI, or any Country National Switch
-Delegate and coordinate All projects tasks within UPS, vendors and customers
-Provide technical assistants to department staff
-Provide training to staff on products developments and implementation
-Provide progress reports to management on all projects
-Support in building UPS business documents and processes related to UPS services and projects
- Handling daily operation procedures :
downloading and processing incoming /uploading outgoing transaction files as ( Visa, MasterCard )
- Handling Cards Problems using SQL in accessing Database and UNIX traces
- Solving troubles Facing Credit Cards technical environment using knowledge of VISA and MasterCard authorization and clearing regulations in Card Production and Card management
- Assisting in the running of routine operations related to Credit Cards
- Assisting in migration plan of magnetic stripe cards to EMV Chip Cards
- Handling the authorization system (Various types of message formats) regarding EMV Chip Cards
