• Manage the feed mill effectively in order to achieve milling cost goals while maintaining Safety, Quality, Service, Housekeeping, delivery and morale
• Driving improved performance, customer relationships, plant asset utilization and positive employee engagement
• Prepare feeds formulation for Dairy cattle, Fating, Camels, Poultry, Sheep & Goats and setting up the nutrient ratios according to their nutrient requirements standard's needs, according to updated standard analysis of The National Research Council (NRC)
• Managing all plant resources to optimize profitability to meet or exceed internal and external customer expectation

1- Supervise and follow up to optimize adherence to approved policies and
procedures to achieve/exceed the production objectives and reduce cost.
2- Provide the general manager with daily, monthly, periodical and annual reports.

4- Manage and control Production staff ensuring that staff rosters are operated fairly and that staff are effectively motivated and administered.
5- Reviews the production operation and system constantly, to minimize wastage, increase efficiency, improve product quality and anticipate solve problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvements.
6- Prepares reports, analyze data, make recommendation for improving plant operations and solving production related problems.
7- Maintain defined standards of safety ensuring that safe systems of work and practices are in place at all times, that defective equipment is repaired or replaced and conduct safety awareness programs as required.
8- Responsible for establishing of Risk Assessment and monitoring
procedures.
9- To maintain communication with the plants personnel to assess problems
and solve them.

11- Timely aviating of all the required materials through the Purchasing Dept.
12- Participates in the orientation of new employees.
13- Recommends training needs for the staff.
