i had the following responsibilities:
-telemarketing which means doing sales calls to promote the hotel and targeting new clients.
-dealing with the banquet : the events as weddings, meeting, conferences, private parties... i was in charge of negotiating with the clients about all details concernig the event.
-doing sales blitz: this is an outside task when i went for companies and give them brochures advertising the hotel'facilities.
-getting appointment with new clients and introduce them to the hotel and invite them to have a show around.
- doing some reports at the end of each month.
as a sales assistant i had the following responsibilities;
1-welcoming the guest and offer him the assistance.
2-ensure a high level of hospitality and arranging the products according to predifined rules of presentayion.
3-introducing the product subject to sales in the shop ( men and women formal clothes).
