Handling Entire Gamut of HR Operations for Majid Al Futtaim as per below:
A. Recruitment & Onboarding
a. Handling end to end recruitment activities by liaising with the recruitment team and the hiring manager of Majid Al Futtaim to understand the requirement in order to screen and shortlist the suitable profile.
b. The shortlisted profiles are then scheduled for interview with the respective hiring manager.
c. Based on the feedback received from the hiring manager, the candidate’s salary fitment sheet is prepared.
d. The candidate salary fitment sheet is then shared with the Departmental Head and HR Head of the selected candidate for the salary approval.
e. Releasing the Offer letter to the selected candidate and co-ordinating for documentation.
f. Conducting employee background verification checks of the selected candidate and if the same is found to be positive, initiating the visa process.
g. Handling Employee Orientation and Induction for new recruits in line with UAE Labour Laws and the company policies..

B. HR Operations
a. Handling end to end employee queries with regards to UAE labor laws, employee benefits progam, salary related queries etc
b. Preparing monthly HR report for management and client review.
c. Developing SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) for various HR related processes.
d. Preparation and Issuance of HR Letters like Issuance of Memo, disciplinary warning letters, termination letters, salary certificates, service certificates, inter-departmental transfers etc.
e. Maintaining and monitoring the Leave Management System.
f. Initiating the insurance process for the employees & liaising with Insurance companies for the same.
g. Executing disciplinary action against violation of company policies.
h. Managing & Administering, Registration/Renewal of Insurance for Vehicles/Staff.
i. Liaising with PRO department for employees work permits, labour contracts & visa stamping process, initiating the visa renewals for the existing staff.
j. Handling labor related cases.
k. Preparation of the monthly Payroll and ensuring that the salaries are paid out on time.
l. Maintaining and updating employee file records on internal software called Matrix/HRMS.
m. Initiating and monitoring Employee Exit formalities.
n. Computation of the End of Service Benefits for the inactive staff. o. Initiating the cancellation process.

2. Worked for the Accounts receivable team (Service accounting- Unbilled and deferred accounts) which included activities like accounts reconciliations, JV postings, Customer correspondence and follow-ups, Report extractions/analysis and System fallout identification and clearing.
3. Verifying Cash flow Statements.
4. Verifying specific items of the financial statements such as Investments, Fixed Assets, Cash, Accounts Receivable /Payable, Revenue, Expenses.
5. Gained systems and working knowledge of HP SAP 7.0 and other interdependent software tools and Advanced excel options.
