* Comparing the material properties with standard like IS 2062 and preparing raw material inspection report.
* Active participation in new product development and opportunity to be part of various cross-functional teams.
* Maintaining records as per ISO 9001:2008 and customer requirement.
* Identify, evaluate and analyse the areas of quality failures and take corrective action and preventive action to solve the problem effectively.
* Analysis of Rejection/Rework using QC tools to reduce wastes & improve Productivity.
* Identify improvement areas and work towards zero defects to minimize and eliminate the waste.
* Executing validation of jigs and fixtures and maintaining records.
* Knowledge of PFMEA, 7 QC tools, PSS (8D& 5whys), Poka-yoke, PPAP, Control plan, CAPA.
