• Troubleshoot and configure computers, printers, tablets and other computer accessories for the district office.
• Manage the Local Area and wide Area Network for the district office
• Provide formal schedules of maintenance procedures for ICT equipment, security backups of software systems and a register on all ICT resources in the District office.
• Liase with the Helpdesk, Regional office, Healthcare providers and external hardware and software vendors for the purpose of conveying and/or receiving ICT resources.
• Ensure timely transportation of ICT items (PCs, printers, tablets, consumables, etc.) for the purpose of providing materials at job site or to dispatch equipment for repairs.
• Coordinate timely repairs and return-to-service of ICT equipment covered by third-party vendor maintenance agreements
• To be involved in the issuance of ICT Consumables to users while keeping accurate logs on same
• Ensuring the security and protection of data from internal and external attacks and maintaining the BMS and ensuring its smoot running during registration.
