as Fire and safety, Pump, lift etc.
* Organize preventative maintenance and safety inspection programs
for all facilities and equipment.
* Prepare various contracts, requests for proposals, work orders and
reports.
* Maintaining high standards of hygiene at all common areas of the
building.
