My duties:
1. Review contract, scope of work, project schedule of Power Plant Project, New Energy.
2. Check and review Balance Of Plant (BOP), the mechanical and piping engineering project documents to follow project specification and project standard.
3. Making data sheet for mechanical equipment and piping, plumbing, material specification, MTO, HVAC, TBE.
4. To coordinate mechanical engineers, piping engineers and designers for Feasibility Study
and Detail Design
5. Making estimation cost for project and quotation.
My duties:
1. Review contract, scope of work, project schedule.
2. Check and review the piping engineering project documents are following project Specification and international standar ie. : ASME B31.3;31.4;31.8; B16.5, EEMUA, ISO, DNV and eni standard.
3. Check and review PID drawing, Valves Data sheet, piping material thickness calculation
sheets.
4. Check and review GA drawing, equipment layout, piping layout & routing at HULL,
LQ, Helydeck, TOPSIDE & Onshore Receiving Facility to use Navis work.
5. Check progress and review isometric drawing on HULL, TOPSIDE & Onshore Receiving Facility for material CS, LTCS, SS316/SS316L, SS Duplex, SS-Super Duplex, Cu Ni, CPVC and GRP piping.
6. Check TBE for piping material, BOM, Procurement status and material schedule deliver to site.
7. Interface with other project department.
8. Review Stress Analysis calculation sheet, involves HAZOP and HAZID
My duties:
1. Review basic engineering drawing from client.
2. Review contract, scope of work, project schedule and site survey.
3. Coordinate all discipline engineers for preparing manhrs to carry out the engineering work, ie. FEL 1-2-3, Basic design, Detail Design.
4. Arrange weekly meeting and monthly meeting between team and client.
5. Interface with other department, sub. contractor or vendor.
6. Involve HSE for the project.
7. Check the progress, cost control and project schedule.
8. To deliver engineering work on schedule & within budget.
My duties:

3. Coordinate all discipline engineers for preparing manhrs to carry out the engineering & construction work, ie. Concept Study, Basic Design, Detail Design, EPCI.

5. Interface with other department, sub. contractor or vendor and other contractor.
6. Involve HSE for the project.
7. Check the progress, cost control, project schedule and prepare document for invoicing to client.
8. To deliver the project safely, on schedule, within budget.

9. Checking and supervise during fabrication at plant yard.
10. Assist for pre-commissioning and commissioning

2. Review contract and scope of work of Pipeline Project.
3. Coordinate with procurement, all site supervisors during preparation work and construction. (Site survey ROW, site clearing, transportation, stringing, welding joint,
NDT, trenching, field joint coating, Holiday test, lowering, chathodic protection, back filling, hydrotest, reinstatement, commissioning.
4. Making site design work and site survey
5. Making planning and schedule for manpower, equipment, material, tools and utility.
6. Interface with other discipline/department and client
7. Making method statement for execution works.
8. Check and review data sheets from vendor, pumps, equipments, vessels, materials.

3. Coordinate with procurement, site supervisors during preparation work, construction and pre-commissioning and commissioning work.
4. Making site design work and site survey
5. Making planning and schedule for manpower, equipment, material, tools and utility.
6. Interface and meeting with subcontractor and client
7. Making method statement for execution works.
8. Check and review data sheets from vendor, pumps, equipments, vessels, materials.
9. Making progress report and cost control.
My duties:

furnace, filter, reactor, tank ) and rotating equipment (Pumps, turbine generator, compressor, blower).
10. Piping modification project.
My duties:
1. Review engineering drawing and design for mechanical equipment and piping drawing.
2. Review contract and scope of work.
3. Coordinate with procurement, engineers, site supervisors during preparation work, construction and pre-commissioning, commissioning work and start up.
4. Making planning and schedule for manpower, equipment, material, tools and utility.
5. Interface and meeting with subcontractor and client
6. Making progress report and cost control.
7. Coordination for maintenance work, turn around, mini-shutdown work for static equipment ( Column, vessel, heat exchanger, furnace, filter, reactor, tank ) and rotating equipment ( Pumps, turbine generator, compressor, blower ) and piping modification work.
My duties:
1. Review engineering drawing for tank and piping drawing.
2. Coordinate with procurement, site supervisors during preparation work, construction and pre-commissioning.
3. Supervise during erection work for Double wall Ethylene tank, Spherical Butane tank, Floating Roof tank and Atmospheric tank.
4. Making site design work and site survey
5. Making planning and schedule for manpower, equipment, material, tools and utility.
6. Check and review data sheets from vendor, pumps, valve and materials.
My duties:
1. Review engineering drawing for machinery, equipment and piping drawing.
2. Making design for equipment and piping work.
3. Making estimation cost and MTO.
