 Meeting with the clients, contractors and consultants to ensure the flow of work for all the technical aspect;
 Responsible for all works related to the assigned projects in coordination with Sales, Material, Production, Dispatch, Installation, Estimation and quality control Department.
 Preparing the monthly invoices and following until receiving the payment certificates;
 Responsible for shop drawings and materials submittal;
 Managing the manpower as the sites priorities;
 Provide production priorities;
 Analyzing the invoices for sub-contractor according the approved
installed items.

 Follow up the shop drawings and mock up samples along with technical department;
 Attending the weekly progress meeting,
 Managing the site activity;
 Coordinating with all contractors;
 Monitoring work and providing direction in performing various installations;
 Coordinate with QA/QC for the MIR & IR submission;
 Provide the QS department the work breakdown for monthly invoices submission.

•Ensure the project’s POQ, contact’s drawings and specifications are well studied as per the job file prior stating the project’s activities;
•Ensure\ obtain the approvals of the shop drawings and materials from the consultant as they are not a façade specialist and no need to take the responsibility of approvals;
•Ensure to complete the project as per the agreed working plan with main contractor;
•Ensure the invoices are certified prior to the submission of our progress billing on a monthly basis with closely coordination with Q.S. department;
•Following up all work orders and technical issues.

1. Find coordinates points (global or local) for sticking out at site,
2. Resolve surveying problems,
3. Control and arrange works all surveyors and assistant,
4. Supply them with necessary instruments.
5. Make surveying reports surface of concrete and steel in AutoCAD 2012.

• Stuck out coordinates on the basis of the project;
• Surveying designs;
• Preparation of executive documentation in AutoCAD 2008;
• Removal of marks on the mounting horizons;
• Shifting levels marks;
• Control all surveying works at site.
