- Planning & implementing the rehabilitation project to renew the old equipment.
- Preparing shutdown programs and determining the jobs which will be handle by the plant manpower and the others which preferable to be handled by contractors.
- Achieve all activities concerning plant maintenance.
- Preparation for spare part, and fabricated items for the major shutdown.
- Review all spare parts in ware house.
- Responsible for maintenance of hammer crusher, bucket elevator, separator, blowers and its accessories of powder plant.
- Responsible for maintenance of board line paper section, dosing section, mixer section, forming section, and etc
- Maintaining Hydraulic Presses which has Hydraulic presses 2000,
1200 & 900 tons.
- Maintaining Rotary, reciprocating Compressors (Pneumatic
Systems).
- Installation hydraulic press 400 ton. (Along 30 day work 12 hour.)
- Mechanical Maintenance which have :-
* Preventive maintenance.
* Lubrication chart and schedule for plant.
* Crusher. (hammer, )
Maintaining Valves (diaphragm valves-butterfly valves-gate valves-check valves-pressure regulator valves-solenoid valves-globe valves-relief valves-safety valves-air vent valves)
* Belt conveyor and bucket elevators.
* Bucket chain.
* Mills (ball, vertical).
* Rotary kilns, kiln alignment and roller adjustment.
* Maintaining (Pumps, Valves, Actuators and Control.)
