• August 2010 to October 2013, 3 years of experience at Umniah Mobile Company, Jordan. I have worked as NGN Core Network Engineer as a part of Core Network Engineering.
My NGN Core Network Engineer responsibilities during that period were as followed: • Operate, implement and troubleshoot NGN LMTs, Soft Switch, Media Gateway, IGWB databases.
• Building, configuring, and managing customer's trunks with NGN either SIP trunks or TDM trunks.
• Managing TDM trunks, utilizations, terminations or rebuilding, E1s monitoring, expansion projects.
• Operate and manage VoIP trunks, either SIP or H323 such creation of new trunk, testing connection, finalizing with billing rating and channels restriction.
• Responsible for system backups and restore.
• Manage & operate voice service either by VoIP or TDM trunks.
• Hardware installation, support and troubleshoot servers hardware incorporate with NGN vendor (Huawei)
• First line support handling customer's enquiries, change configuration, support issues over phone, using the service desk system and based on the defined SLA.
