1. Turnaround 2017:
Reactors & CCR screens replacement, catalyst pipes replacement and Catalyst (unloading / loading) activity.
2. Turnaround 2015:
Overall in charge of all rotating equipment activities including Siemens Turbine, Dresser Rand Turbine, MAN Turbo Compressor, GE Compressor, Lawrence Pumps and more.
3. Shutdown 2013:
Overhauling of MAN Diesel & Turbo Compressor.
In charge of Turbines bearings inspection and replacement.
4. Turnaround 2011:
Air Cooling Fan (Fin Fan) Solvent Cleaning and Fans overhauling.
5. Mechanical and Reliability Engineer in Maintenance.
Review 2 years spare parts requirements of all rotating equipment and critical insurance spares.
Performing Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for new equipment installation.
Initiating, reviewing & update new and old maintenance procedures.
Turnaround & Shutdown preparation from spare parts, packages, vendor’s communication.
Initiated a strategy to re-condition the plant equipment (Equipment Care Program) to increase employee ownership and equipment reliability.
Capable to guide the execution team technically to overhaul rotating equipment such as blower, pumps, compressors and other equipment.
Maintain the repair cost of mechanical seals, and rotating equipment repair (machining & balancing) within the budget.
6. Mechanical Supervisor.
Distributing & following Dailey mechanical activities.
Providing support to mechanical technicians team as well as to the operation.
Raise the awareness of the mechanical team by conducting safety meetings and lessons learned meetings.
Creating a mechanical scope of work.
Co-op Training during the summer vacation for 8 weeks.
Co-op training for 14 weeks in pumps workshop.
