Working as Sales and Operations Manager (distribution), from October 2022 up to date and I’m doing the following tasks:
• Sales manager as I’m responsible for all the sales related issues, as I’m the one who sets the targets, how to achieve it, getting new channels of distribution, new points of sales, signing contracts with new retailers. Pushing the sales in both the whole sale division.
• Responsible for the IR channels sales in Hawalli, Fahaheel, Jahra, Qurain areas.
• Responsible for the OR channels sales like Eureka, Best, Xcite, Carrefour, LULU centers.
• Responsible for the B2B channels sales like online website (Taw9eel, sheeel, drops, etc.)
• Responsible for the coops sales, managing more than 20 co-ops so far and we are making the portfolio of co-ops bigger and bigger one day after another.
• Operations Management as I'm responsible for the whole process of sales, the stuff, accounting, bank transfers, payments follow up, retailers stores, the contracts with the retailers The merchandising, giving training for the stuff, quality control, after sales follow up, and etc.
• Supervising a total of 11 employees, including 4 Key account managers, and 7 promoters.
• Responsible for the accounting and finance related issues, as I’m performing monthly and quarterly assessments along with the finance team, the payment terms, overdue payments, reconciliations, controlling the sales targets and the commission system against organizational goals.
• Supporting the brand management team with Benchmark, the prices at the market, branding our items in all channels.
• Supporting the delivery team with all the internal logistics related issues for all deliveries for the channels and for the normal customers.
• Estimation and forecasting the future sales, revenue, or any opportunity for Kuwait market by Analyzing demand and competition, devising, and presenting ideas and strategies.
• Supervise daily staff operations. ensure achievement of all productivity and sales targets and recommend solutions to enhance the profits.
• Writing reports, including clients /retailers /key accounts recommendations by analyzing, translating, and presenting results.
• Presentation, communication, and reporting skills (sending direct reports for the CEO).
• Working under minimum level of supervision.
