Main Purpose of Job
To manage and coordinate all Company HR Administration activities in accordance with Company policies and procedures and local Ministries and legal requirements.
Job Objectives.
1. To mobilise / demobilise employees in accordance with Company procedures & policies and local Labour Law.
2. To deal effectively & efficiently with appropriate Ministries and Embassies, with special regard to Project, Visas.
3. To verify and audit all employment contract-associated paperwork in accordance with Company procedures & policies and local Labour Law.
4. To Follow-up with the traveller employees and the travel agent to finalize the trip formalities.
5. To Follow-up with the active and EX-Employees for all issues related the social insurance.
6. To provide employee services and advise on labour disputes.
7. To assist the Administration manager in providing employee services and advising on labour disputes.
Main Purpose of Job
To be part of a small team that provides manpower-related administrative support to the Company and its projects.
Job Objectives.
1. To mobilise / demobilise employees in accordance with Company procedures & policies and local Labour Law
2. To handling the foreign transfer cases to and from the company.
3. To administer localisation quota systems in relation to Government Projects in accordance with Company procedures & policies and local Labour Law.
4. To Follow-up with Kuwaiti employees till finalize all formalities at the social security and the social affairs till get the manpower labor support.
5. To maintain personnel records in accordance with company procedures and confidentiality standards.
6. Coordination with FAD, HRD and the projects to finalize all issues related the new candidates.
7. To undertake daily HR administration activities relating to employee documentation and travel requirements.
8. To assist existing and new employees with transportation issues as required.
Job Objectives
1. To receive visitors and employees at designated reception points and guide them to the correct department.
2. To receive and transfer incoming telephone calls and redirect calls to other Company offices and affiliates.
3. To receive and distribute memos including the receipt of couriered items.

1. To install and maintain computer equipment & peripherals at various sites.
2. To network PCs
3. To maintain and label the stock of computers & peripherals.
4. To maintain a record of computer related hardware complaints and service rendered.
