• Develops and implement a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability in assigned market.
• Prepares action plans by determining sales opportunities through market presence; determining the needs of customers, as well as ensuring and strengthening company’s fields of expertise.

• Responsible for the performance and development of the distributors and conducts one-on-one review with all of them to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of their sales and activity performance.
