I manage the data and registration process for multiple international technical colleges that are self-operated by Colleges of Excellence, I assign instructors, coordinate the development, modification, and distribution of master schedules in cooperation with college dean. I formulate and announce the final exam schedule to ensure seamless operations as well as evaluate external transfer and resident credit for all students and programme changes. Coordinate with student support manager to update student’s status and assignments. I devise and deliver summary reports, including enrolment comparisons, room assignments, and faculty usage to top management. I oversee all activities associated with semester grading process, grade collection, grades processing, issue transcripts and data entry activities. Taking care of the administration in Moodle “LMS” to manage instructors, students, course assignments and type of access.

Key achievements during this tenure:
☛ Executed registration and scheduling process before defined time period for 6 colleges in my own.
☛ Equipped with new LMS skills very fast for a new system before the beginning of the semester and implemented right away with efficient results and full utilization of the system.
