Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies.
Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms.
Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries.
Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
Assess, manage and mitigate risks.
Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers.
Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships.
Expect unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies.
Obtaining full data analysis and evaluation for the supplier and prices with reference to the market prices and services. (Procurement sheet & supplier evaluation)
Following up the purchase orders (manufacturing, inspection and shipping process).
Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle.
Ensure that purchased are accepted by quality and entered in the system.
Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
Main Responsibilities
Daily Follow up for the timely progress (RFQ’s, PO's, Shipments status, clearance and cash flow)
Expediting the purchase orders with suppliers & shipping lines.
Prepare and review open requisitions, PO’S terms & conditions.
Studying offers commercially and ongoing negotiation with suppliers for price and lead-time reduction
Obtaining full data analysis and evaluation for the supplier and prices with reference to the market prices and services. (Procurement sheet & supplier evaluation)
Following up the purchase orders (manufacturing, inspection and shipping process).
Following up on status of orders and communicating with shipping (air/sea) lines concerning all incoming/outgoing shipments
Ensure that purchased are accepted by quality and entered in the system.
Payment Transfer in the due date and Follow up with the suppliers to ensure about receiving their payment
Open letter of credits (LCs) & check the clauses.
• Main Responsibilities
Daily Follow up for the timely progress (RFQ’s, PO's, Shipments status, clearance and cash flow)
Dealing with customs in ports (sea port- airport) for goods clearance.
Dealing with Investment Office & customs for temporary entry & drawback of materials.
Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers
Expediting the purchase orders with suppliers & shipping lines.
Prepare and review open requisitions, PO’S terms & conditions.

Directly reporting to (CDO) Chief Development and Projects Officer.
Design the wiring diagram for Factories.
Select and Calculating Accessories needed for each machine.
Monitoring and Controlling of the Projects' Plan.
Handling problems inside and outside the site.
Following up the deliveries of machines, accessories & construction materials.
Following up with the contractors.
Arranging for installation & commissioning for the machines with the suppliers.
• Main Responsibilities
Planning the projects.
Design & Develop the layout to achieve the best flow (Materials and Product).
Design the wiring diagram for Factories.
Select and Calculating Accessories needed for each machine.
Monitoring and Controlling of the Projects' Plan.
Follow up projects with a total investment about 30 million USD.
Projects documentation to establish Reference information for Future Projects.
Handling problems inside and outside the site for new cables’ factories to be established by EL-Sewedy Cables.
