Responsibilities:
* Follow up the progress of all running projects to assure of the completion as per the contract
documentation within the time frame and cost.
* Maintain a functional and efficient total workforce for all development and implementation of projects with
proficient reporting system for the benefit of the higher management.
* Evaluate all project works and documents ensuring compliance to all execution and contract requirements.
* Coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure optimal level of client satisfaction and
administer everyday operation for projects.
* Maintain professional relationships with clients and evaluate and approve proposals and invoices for clients.
* Monitor all overall work input on projects to ensure adherence to all methods and standards.
* Reporting the progress of the project to the top management and advise the area of concern with the
alternative proposed action for management directive.

* Manage and assign the technical engineering team for all the running projects.

* Direct the technical team to ensure the products quality through its various phases.
* Ensure quality procedures are implemented and works are coordinated among engineering department.
* Liaising with all other departments, project managers and client representatives to solve any technical
problems may affect the work progress.

* Business Development.
* Follow the work progress of the projects to ensure that the projects program is timely completed.
* To provide the necessary support in conjunction with all the technical activities, financial and
administrative as well.
Responsible for all contractual obligations towards the clients and the subcontractors.

* Package 10-1: Design and Construction of Qanat Quartier Precinct (32 Apartments Buildings, 30 Town
Houses Clusters, covered parking, Retails, and Piazzas) and Construction of 31 Villas.
MEDINA CENTTRAL:
* Package 5-1: Design and Construction of Medina Central (Residential units, Retails, Piazzas, Mall, Parking
and Cinemas).
Highlight of Responsibilities:
* Progress reporting to the managements with the point of concerns and proposed corrective actions.
* Monitor the construction program and make periodic comparison with the contractors actual work progress
* Review the progress reports prepared by the consultant and the contractors.
* Final review to PMC evaluation and recommendations concerning Claims and Variation Orders.
* Review and evaluate Value Engineering proposals and cost savings.
* Ensuring technical submittals and construction works are to specified standard and required quality.
* Attending weekly progress and technical meetings with contractors/consultants on 5 major contracts
* Liaising with all concerned parties to resolve problems affecting progress, time, budget, quality,
safety, as well as operation & maintenance works.
Mainly, direct the office technical staff to ensure the products through its various phases' matches with overall
company objectives, also within the Quality procedure environment.
* Assist the production manager to establish line for all current and expected future projects.
* Ensure quality assurance procedures are implemented and works coordinated bet engineering departments.
* Organize and assign projects, provide input to technical staff as required and seek always for approval,
quality requirements, man-hours, budget, and schedules to effectively manage the technical staff
* Ascertain that code checks, Municipality requirements, safety measures are covered and well considered
Register, evaluate and monitor change orders, Claims and variation orders.
* To provide commercial information and advice to project management.
* To provide the necessary support in conjunction with managers for staff recruitment placement.
* Oversee all technical and administrative activities and improve performance and communication with
General Manager, Engineering Dept, QA/QC, Project Managers and others as required.
Make progress reporting to the Employer.
* Propose actions to catch up delays or reduce time of execution.
* Ensuring that construction works are made to specified standard and quality.
* Controlling the project program to ensure timely and economic completion.
* Ensuring that the Quality System is applied to construction operations and workmanship are in compliance
with project requirements.
* Ensuring that effective corrective actions are taken on identified problems.
* Register, evaluate and monitor change orders, Claims and variation orders.
* Monitor the construction resources employed by the contractor and ensuring that the project
program is timely completed
