 Associated with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis
 Managing all banking transactions including Letters of Guarantee, Letters of Credits, Overdrafts and Deposits etc…
 Key person for negotiating with Banks in U.A.E including Dubai Islamic Bank, National Bank of Abu Dhabi, Mashreq Bank & Union National Bank for banking facilities to new and ongoing projects
 Responsible for the Finalization of Accounts encompassing Balance sheet, Income statement, Profit and Loss Statement, Profitability, Cash Flow, Budget and reconciliation etc…
 Responsible for Preparing, reviewing and follow up receivable & payable accounts with government and non- governmental organizations
 Actively involved in the Cost Control, General accounting and preparing financial analysis reports for the profit & loss, liquidity, leverage etc…
 Managing Insurance Policies of Cars, TPL, Marine, WC and various other types of insurance policies
