• Conduct and / or Participate in safety audits for contractor and Supervision Consultant
• Review the contract documents for each Construction Package in respect of Safety requirements and procedures and advise the Project Manager of any deficiency.
• Review and comment to the Project Manager, on site safety organizations and key personnel CV’s as submitted by the Contractors or consultants.
• Review Safety Procedures as submitted by the Contractors and ensure implementation is in compliance with Contract requirements.
• Review Inspection, Test, and Plans as submitted by the Contractors and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
• Review Contractor’s safety records, documents to ensure major construction equipment is maintained regularly.
• Ensure Contractors safety training for site laborers is regularly maintained.
• Closely monitor site activities, issuing non-compliance and submit reports to the Project Manager to ensure all activities on site are in compliance with safety procedures.
• Participate in weekly meetings and monthly executive meetings.
• Development of health, safety and Environmental key implementation strategies
• Develops and implements a Lessons Learned capture process.
• Promotion of health, safety and Environmental awareness throughout the project.

• In the absence of the HSE Training Manager work as direct liaison with clients, Instructors and Senior Manager on all required matters
• Coordinate with relevant staff to ensure completeness and accuracy of data related to ADSI projects
• Assist in building and maintaining ADSI Management information systems and Work Instructions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and work plans for the designated department staff, in consultation with the HSE Manager and provide regular updates to the Region Manager on work plan progress
• Write course design plans, syllabi and schemes of work or amend existing ones as requested.
• Make recommendations to the HSE training Manager on improvements to academic issues and to carry out improvements upon approval
• Responsible for implementing and maintaining a work plan and upkeep of that plan.
• Write personnel development plans and conduct in-house professional development of staff and oversee staff well-being generally.
• Oversee regular evaluations and annual appraisals on each member of instructional staff and work as ADSI Master Trainer.
• Assist HSE Manager in the recruitment of suitably qualified and experienced Instructors and staff
• Develop course information materials & coordinate work on all examination & assessment requirements
• Identify, record and inform the HSE Manager of any problems relating to the product, process and quality system and then recommend, provide and implement solutions
• Conduct HSE audits and inspections, which include auditing HSE management systems, PTW system, LOTO system and SSOW to support customer’s needs.

• Analyze, develop, implements and evaluate initial and continuing training and qualification programs such as Rig Pass, H2S, Fall Protection, Confined Space Entry, Permit to Work system, Lock out/Tag out, Applied Rigging Practices and Behavior Based Safety courses.
• Provide functional supervision of students in the training environment and employees in the rig environment by evaluating performance in the classroom & on-the-job.
• Take responsibility for own performance and development of the team. Embody Instructor Code of Conduct by modeling ADSI team standards, behavior and expectations.
• Reinforce the use of error prevention tools, safe work practices, PTW, LOTO, SSOW and the principles for a strong offshore and onshore safety culture in all evolutions.
• Be a multi-disciplined trainer and HSE advisor capable of providing training and or HSE advises in a variety of drilling or work-over environments and settings.
• Ensure that all objectives and regulatory requirements criteria are satisfied for all assignments.
• Recommend improvements and modifications in organization, procedures, policies, standards, specifications, methods, processes, and equipment.
• Work closely with customers to ensure alignment on performance issues, standards and expectations, initiatives and priorities.
• Implements the corrective action and self-assessment initiative programs for continuous improvement.
• Participate in drilling and/or work-over HSE and training organizations and employ benchmarking as a method to implement best practices in the filed.
• IADC Rig Pass, H2S, Rigging and Lifting, Incident/Accident Investigation, Risk Assessment and Risk Management, Fall Protection Competent Person and Confined Space Entry Competent Person authorized instructor.
• PTW system, LOTO system, SSOW and OSHA Outreach training Authorized trainer
• ADSI Train the Trainer course and ADSI Safety Advisor course authorized Trainer.

• Reinforce & improve level of confidence, understanding & implementation of QHSE Management System.
• Support and advice practical implementation of HSE management system for covering all the critical tasks as well as the day to day jobs.
• Assist and monitor the implementation of emergency response and drills.
• Co-ordinate preparation of rig specific annual QA-HSE plan.
• Provide technical HSE information for supporting safe performance of the rig Senior Tool Pusher.
• Participate in QA-HSE audits & follow up deviations corrective action plan.
• Investigate accidents / incidents on the rig, recorded and prepare necessary report and statistics.
• Inspect all safety critical equipment and assure its safety functions deliverables for best performance in accordance with EDC, class and relevant regulations requirements.

• Help and assist engineers on ship repairing and maintenance while ships being on dry dock.
• Perform all tasks such as drawings and designs required for modification of fire fighting system in the yard.
• Responsible for performing HSE weekly and monthly inspections.
• Provide technical HSE information for supporting safe performance of ship repairing department.

• Coordinate and organize HSE activities and events.
