Coordinate with Engineers and drafting team for the submission/approval of
shop drawings, tracking progress using shop drawing register.
- Maintenance of equipment covering all phases of heavy industrial plant
engineering, typical of the metals industry
- Provide a strong mechanical understanding of process, civil, and electrical
components involved in their equipment
- Responsible for troubleshooting encounters that center around meeting
production needs in the face of tight, frequently revised schedules and/or
equipment failures, the start-up of new equipment, development of new
products and processes
- Optimize equipment utilization and efficiency by applying the latest
development in machine procedures, diagnostic equipment, and more
reliable electrical components

Develop practical solutions to repetitive equipment failure problems that
contribute to the effectiveness of the maintenance effort
- Contribute engineering expertise to project work and selection of
replacement or new equipment to help ensure consistency and
standardization of components and ease of maintenance
- Ensure all equipment recommended, repaired or modified meets all
company and governmental safety and health rules and regulations to help
ensure safety and wellbeing of employees

Assist in the development of engineering or maintenance procedures and
repair work to ensure they are safe, effective and efficient. Expand,
continually, knowledge of engineering and maintenance principals and
practice

Support the implementation and maintenance of a Quality System by serving
as a resource to Operating Teams
- Coordinate with Engineers and Procurement Department for vendor
finalization, material submission and approvals of suppliers, vendors,
equipment, tracking progress b material submission & procurement register.
- Ensure that all company and sub-contractor personnel complied with
municipality policy.
- Report all personal injuries and incidents and assisting on investigations.
- Actively support and participate in safety environmental initiatives.
- Prepare, update and maintain Fleet’s and Driver’s summary log along with
their documents.
- Prepare, monitor and keep log of over-all fleet trips summary.
- Prepare and keep log of Rental Trailer and Machinery Invoices.
- Prepare and keep log of Fleet Trips Summary for Drivers Salary.
- Monitors daily GPS Recorded Fleet trips.
- Cross checking Manual and GPS Record of Fleet Trips.
- Coordinate with Site Foremen and Trip Writers to ensure the correct
record/details given by the driver.
- Provide required information about fleets and drivers to other department.
Cultivate relationships with new customers to achieve sales objective and
provide information about new products, features and options.
- Negotiate with customers to close deals and increase sales.
- Follow up on prospective clients.
- Maintain and keep records of customers and prospective customers for new
products and products promotions via e-mail or phone calls.
- Attend to customer’s queries and needs and provide recommendations.
- Assemble and fix engines.
Responsible for compressor maintenance and inspection
- Work on aircraft components and support equipment
- Report on landing gear structure
- Liaising with sub-contractors to meet time scales and stay within the budget.
- Create technical documentation such as procedures, quality plans and process
maps.
- Work on research and development.
- Liaison with regulatory authorities and customers as required.
- Working in a safe manner in order to satisfy Health and Safety legislations.
