• Preparation of maintenance reports and the reasons for the stops .
• Check the manufacturing requirements contained and the extent of compliance with the specifications.
• Implementation necessary tests for Raw materials and prepare the minutes of refusal in the event of non-conformity.

• Implementation of tests (color, taste, smell, impurities, humidity, washing quality) on the final product .
