• Experience in the manufacture of dates paste from the beginning of raw dates to the final product ( paste ) .
• Supervising the temperatures of cold storage .
• Implementation a good mixing of many types of dates to reach the highest quality .
• Follow-up production rates.
• Reporting failures and interruptions.
• Preparation of maintenance reports and the reasons for the stops .
• Check the manufacturing requirements contained and the extent of compliance with the specifications.
• Implementation necessary tests for Raw materials and prepare the minutes of refusal in the event of non-conformity.
• Check the percentage of impurities and insect infestation.
• Implementation of tests (color, taste, smell, impurities, humidity, washing quality) on the final product .

• Syrup Concentrate : dilution unit - prefiltration - cross flow microfiltration - evaporator .
• Implementation washing stage using CIP system (nitric acid, caustic soda ) .
• Manufacturing requirements and product processing and converting the product on accounting program SMACC .
