As a Digital Product Owner, I specialize in enhancing conversion rates and improving customer experiences across 17 brands spanning MENA with approximately 140 web/apps. My focus is on findability tools (on-site search, browsing, filtering), personalization, and recommendation systems within ecommerce. I collaborate directly with tool vendors to customize solutions according to brand requirements and guidelines, while also consulting on merchandising guidelines. My role involves strategizing and implementing customer experience initiatives to optimize user journeys and drive business growth.

Develop and maintain search reporting; monitor and improve search metrics.
Analyze nil search results and conversion rate.
Coordinate with online brand teams and development team to establish the best practices to optimize the onsite search accuracy and relevancy.
• Develop a dedicated e-commerce strategy to meet a company’s sales objectives.
• Manage and coordinate sales operations for the site with full responsibility for content updates, tag line selection, etc.
• Administrate and supervise the web merchandising team to accomplish the company target.
• Develop strategies to make recommendations for the best investment tactics for each department.

• Review result of the split testing conducted to monitor the efficiency of cost spent on digital marketing activities as well as monitor the performance of all digital marketing campaigns in place

• Provide inputs in the development of overall product road-map for the E-commerce in-line with corporate goals & objectives.
• Maintain logistics activities of E-Commerce such as delivery management, performance of order fulfilment, inventory management and follow-up on the timely packing and shipping of orders in a safe manner from warehouse to the customers.
• Maintain the supply chain flow for out-bound e-commerce merchandise from fulfilment centres by monitoring and measuring supplier and carrier performance, internal customer performance, and load assignments.
• Implement CRM strategy, gaining consumer insight through in-depth consumer data analysis and interpretation, resulting in segmentation and targeted communications to drive consumer engagement and long term brand loyalty.
