Job responsibilities / duties:
* Reviewing day-to day accounting transactions to insure posting transactions to proper accounts.
* Projects cost control by monitoring the actual cost vs budget cost.
* Preparing financial statements quarterly.
* Preparing annual budget and monitoring the expenses vs budget.
* Dealing with the external auditors.
* Income evaluation for the projects.
DeBeers is a jewelleries retailer stores allocated in UAE, DeBeers is a member of Salam International Investments.
Salam Studio & Stores is department stores allocated in UAE, Salam Studio & Stores is a member of Salam International Investments.
Job responsibilities / duties:
Bank reconciliation.
Entry of all Bank’s transactions, Journal Vouchers and daily transactions.
Reconcile & control cash collection and credit cards accounts.
Match & sub ledgers with GL accounts.
(Software used: TIMS Financial programme - Oracle Database ERP “Enterprise Resource Planning”)
in all accounts sections)
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
