Keep track of progress of the project, Assist in preparation of tenders. Aided other departments in the development of plans and cost estimates on road, parking lot and drainage projects. Ensure safety of project site.
Project: Emirates Sky Cargo Infrastructure Works

Project Cost: 120 Million Dirhams
Main contractor for all building projects ranging from G+ 1 villa to residential or commercial G+4 buildings.
Responsibilities:
Prepare all types of B.O.Q’s (tender and final).
Oversee and supervise the construction works, making sure that the site activities are correlated to the proposed project time-line.
With hard work and dedication, able to manage the construction & maintenance of 6 projects (G+1 residential), all running simultaneously and with a steady flow.
Liaise with clients, consultants and other engineers in order to propose solutions or proposals whenever problems are faced and vice-versa.
Oversee material tests via a municipality-recognised lab, for each structural member to be cast, i.e. steel tensile strength tests for bars, concrete cube compressive strength tests.. And then deliver the Lab Test results to the consultant engineers in order to prove conformity with their specifications.
Management of Construction activities, ensuring timely materials procurement, labour force and other resources available to complete within time limits.
Liaising with Project Manager, Client and Consultant on Phases/Stages of work and Project Programme to Completion.
Logical Scheduling of Works as per site conditions and as per client’s needs and requirements.
Coordinating and assisting in the Valuation & Estimation of works with our Q.S department, giving Realistic estimates of activity durations.
Assuring Works are carried out with good workmanship, and with acceptable quality, in safe manner and within stipulated budget and time.
To monitor the works executions as per approved drawings, performing the checks on drawings, and Quality checks on-site.
Maintaining the Quality records at site also to review and comment on method statement, material submittals, and shop drawings and as built drawings.
Raising regular quality inspections and checking quality of construction with consultant as per the requirement of client. Keep full record of quality checks at site and also to monitor the safety measures at project site.
Oversee maintenance activities in the handed over areas.
Ensure completion of Construction with in stipulated time.
Monitor and execute construction of road layers as per the contractual terms and maintaining quality of construction of road.
Organising regular field tests for ensuring quality of construction.
Timely preparation & Submission of Inspection request forms to Consulting Engineer for works verification and approval.
