• Shares with the General Manager the operational local strategy of the company.
• In charge of the business development in line with corporate sales strategy for the contracted customers.
• In charge of the presenting the company’s products to consulting offices and contracting companies for the adoption of products in projects.
• Lead the project sales team to achieve the highest possible level of customer satisfaction.
• Manage and coordinate sales and marketing activities for different projects in order to reach the company’s targets for retention growth, profitability and high quality of services.
• Expand scope with the existing customers in relation with the sales department for the new product offerings and upgrades.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and the resolution of problems using multiple KPIs.
• Respond to technical requests.
• Oversee the company effort providing strategic guidance and helping to overcome obstacles with each contracted customer.
• Determine price schedules and discount rates.
• Review operational records and reports to determine profitability.
• Identify risks involved with each project, prepare mitigation plans and monitor closely.
• Contribute to marketing activities to promote our offerings.
• Recruit, manage and develop a direct-reporting staff.
