As a Procurement Manager in a construction company, my role is to ensure the timely and cost-effective supply of materials and services required for projects. I manage the full procurement cycle—from planning and supplier selection to negotiation and contract management—while focusing on cost control, risk management, and supplier performance. I also coordinate closely with project and engineering teams to ensure alignment with project schedules and deliverables

Manage end-to-end procurement activities for construction projects, including sourcing,
tendering RFQ/RFP), and contract award.

Manage subcontractor procurement and contract administration for construction works.
Utilize ERP systems SAP) for procurement planning, tracking, and reporting.
