Duties:

• Senior BMC Remedy Technical Consultant at CyberMAK Information Systems (Platinum partner for BMC) From August 2007 to current day:
Duties:
Implementing and Configure BMC products (ITSM and BSM) as part of projects awarded to CyberMAK. This includes:
* Identifies client organization's strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement.
* Understand business needs and technical requirements and drawings.
* Analyzing customer's requirements and advise them with the best methodology/process which could get applied.
* Draft functional specifications and system design specifications for client.
* Install/ Configure BMC Remedy products, involves customization if required.
* Implement integrations with BMC Remedy applications.
* Draft ITSM Installation/ Test Case / Training Documents.
* Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
* Attend testing phase and work as per the feedback from the attendees.
* Demonstrate BMC products for the training purpose.
* Respond to customer requests for product or solution information
* Design custom or product-based solutions based on BMC Remedy applications
