• Develop And Improve Hse Policies And Procedures Through Reviews And Audits, Dialogue With
Management, Other Individuals.
• Preparation And Reviewing Of Process Risk Assessment Studies.
• Monitoring The Hazardous Zones And Follow Up Continuous Implementation And Complying With
Their Requirements.
• Preparation Of Msds's Data Base For The Chemical Materials Being Handled At Cad.
• Study The Required Safety Tools, Accessories, And Personnel Gears For The Entire Project From The
Conceptual Design Till The Implementation.
• Preparation Of The Required Forms And Procedures Related To Hot & Cold Work Permissions In
Addition To Reviewing & Approve Of Such Permissions.
• Preparation Of The Required Forms And Procedures Related To Organic And Inorganic Waste
Collection And Disposal.
• Ensure The Completion Of Job Safety Analysis (Jsa) And Job Safety Plans (Jsp) As Requested.
• Ensure That All Personnel Are Medically Fit And Trained For The Assigned Tasks And The
Countries Within Which They Will Be Working.
• Take The Lead In Establishing Corporate And Project Standards And Requirements In Collaboration
With The Engineering/Project Manager.

Heighten Awareness Via Education At All Levels Within The Organization.
• Take The Lead On Incident/Accident Investigations While Documenting All-Encompassing Causative
Factors And Identifying Preventive And Corrective Measures.
• Conduct Safety Audits In All Areas Of The Company, On A Regular Basis, With An Emphasis On
Field Projects.
• Perform Health & Safety Inspections And Audits. Recommend Corrective Actions And Follow-Up On
Corrective Actions Implementation.
• Report Opinions And Comments On Possible Dangerous Situations To The Relevant Team Leaders In
The Field, And Management While Conducting Hse Audits.
• Recommend Reasonable Actions To Prevent Accidents/Incidents.
• Assemble All Accident/Incident Reports And The Analyses Of The Causes Of Any Accident/Incident
Occurring To Any Of Cad's Personnel, Customers' Personnel Or To Third Parties.
• Encourage A Positive Safety Spirit In All Staff Through Regular Meetings, On-Going Training And
Audits Of All Activities.
• Ensure That Monthly & Quarterly Hse Statistics Are Compiled And Reported.
