- Full process of on/off Boarding & Workforce Management ( SAP ).
- Off Boarding Team Leader.
- SAP End User ( Payroll, Org Structure, etc. ).
- SAP Trainer( HCM ).
- Highly Involved in Labor’s Office Cases.

- Responsible for all payroll actions (Running the payroll, Create JV posting, prepare all off cycles payments, Leave & Ticket Encashment, Prepare & issue final settlements, create all mandatory Reports for accounts such as, GOSI, Payments & Deductions, EOS, WPS, etc.)
- Responsible for all types of loans (Payments, Settlements, etc.)

- Creating different types reports by using different transactions such as absence quotas, personnel data, etc.
- Using different transactions and info types to create & maintain employees’ information (PA30, PA40, PA70, etc.)
- Updating Master Data Monthly.
- Registering new employees in HRDF and following up with monthly vouchers & rewards of job stability.
- Volunteer in learning employees how to use SAP system in HR department.

- Filing and organizing documents and employees' files.
- Issue health insurance cards with all related duties (Claims, etc.)
- Working as a Recruitment Officer (finding CVs, making interviews, testing applicants in Q test, complete files of new employees etc.)
- Create all types of letters for employees such Bank’s letter, etc.
- Make purchasing orders for warehouses and stores.
- Create excel sheets for different purposes such as (salaries’ chart, professions, locations of all employees).

- Provide services for the clients by phone and email give them full explanation regarding their medical requests.
- Other responsibilities: Follow up cases with doctors, clients and customer care department.
- I worked as an acting supervisor and trainer in our team especially for fresh employees.

Selling different types of jewelry and send requests to the factory regarding repairing,
renewing and manufacturing.
