Main responsibilities:
 Following up on the service level provided for civil works, MEP, cleaning, waste removal, pest control, security, landscaping, BMS, water treatment for the lake, water features and swimming pools, HSE in order to ensure the facilities are maintained and serviced to specification. To conduct planned and corrective maintenance programmes for all the facilities.
 Reporting to Facilities Manager. Responsible for achieving operations and maintenance of all services on site as well as sub-contractor services
 Detailed follow up and coordination with project management and contractor on snagging issues for handed over units to obtaining Owner satisfaction.
Managing day to day maintenance enquiries and investigating Resident’s complaints.
Liaising with internal and external service providers to obtain the best services to meet Developer expectations.
Obtaining and documenting quotes. Evaluating proposals for specification compliance and making recommendation of contract award.
Ensuring that customers satisfaction through effective communication, relationship building, regular site visits and follow up
Follow up the purchase and supplying procedures (PR, LPO, DN, invoice and payment)
Performing routine Quality Assurance procedures and inspections for contractor services provided.
 Preparing monthly reports, and annual facility inspection reports.
 Conducting ongoing evaluation through physical inspections of facilities and reviewing customer needs.
 Coordinate and follow up with external Associations and Authorities including DEWA, Etisalat, Emicool and Dubai Municipality, etcetra.

Site Supervisor at Robust Contracting

 Coordinate and manage all site activities of site staff, subcontractors, trades and suppliers etc

 Check and approve attendance and monthly time sheets.
 In-charge of petty cash for day to day expenses basis.
 Prepare manpower reports such as Staff Strength, Daily Arrival / Departure, Demobilization etc.
 Managing key site personnel (Timekeepers, Storekeepers, Data entry)
