Responsible for up-to-date, manage, implementation and interpretation of HR policies & procedures to ensure a high standard of discipline and organization across the company

Prepare the needed data for payroll preparation and submit it to the payroll section on monthly basis. Keeps employees’ vacation requests and follows-up on their vacation balance. Updates & maintains employee’s database. Handles all employee termination procedures and ensures all company and employee’s rights are well preserved. Updates the employees’ data supervises the process for recording attendance within each company and maintains attendance records.
Reviews outgoing HR letters and social insurance documents as related to the company employees.
Establishment and management of staff and updates files in compliance with the laws of the Egyptian labor and social security dealing with foreign government offices, such as office work and social insurance and so, I treat each work permit related procedures, and issue regular reports as required., I treat all procedures related to social insurance for employees and issue regular reports and creates - required, and I maintain personnel records and update the database of human resources and provide regular reports as required and deal with all relevant staff social.
