Managing sales team, Wholesale, Distributors, Retail & Cash Van to achieve monthly forecast and yearly target
• Training the Sales Team to achieve the objectives of the company align with company policy.
• Plan to follow up sales, collection, warehouses, deficiencies and key customers contracts.
• Manage and control expenses to optimize sales
• Develop and implement efficiency coverage plan for section managers & merchandiser to meet the plans objectives.
• Follow up distributor’s sales and distribution.
Manage sales operation modern trade central Region reported to National Key Account director.
Responsibilities to achieve yearly target and monthly objectives
Handling promotion activities, promoters, merchandising and sales daily objectives
Managing sales team direct report three supervisor 14 merchandiser .
Coaching & training sales team daily basis selling skills and sales fundamentals to achieve monthly target.
Managing Sales team of 2 Supervisors, 8 vans sales drivers
ensuring all daily routes are operational and
running substitute routes if required.
Daily, weekly, and monthly analysis of
performance KPI’s versus plan.
Coaching and leading the front line team to ensure improving execution at the trade level.
Making market visits weekly with van sales & alone to follow up the team in market
Ensuring proper forecasting for chilled products to maintain and develop distribution while
reducing.
Manage sales operation modern trade Eastern Region reported to National Key Account director.
