Advise management and staff on Egyptian Labor law regulations and compliance
Work of all health cards for all employees insured
Present and finalize form 6 for all resigned employees
Present form 1 for the completion of the rationale for the appointment after getting the approval of insurance by Line Manager
It will be the adoption of decades of educational administration after the completion of form 2 & and complete the rationale for appointment
Complete credentials of appointment
Create and update staff D.Base
Create Soft Copy of the files (when providing Scanner) and coordinate files
Follow up the Checks that be paid by payroll as of a month's salary
Follow up Checks 1% based on the wage as of last month revealed
sign All employees the adoption of access to all their Leaves at the end of year
Prepare employment contracts and maintain all personnel files of employees in coordination with the school’s and Ministry of Labor/Education requirements
Follow up with Vodafone the lines and invoices
Perform specific research/investigation into operational issues as requested
Contact the medical insurance company for adding new hires
Ensure the pay policy, recruitment policies and absence policies are reviewed annually
Arrange and Participate in Job fairs
Review the administration Payroll
Update the salary scale yearly
Design and conduct new employee orientations to explain school policies, compensation and benefit programs
Update employee handbook as required
Assist and prepare statistical summaries and reports for school’s Senior Leadership
Attend meetings and serve on committees as required
