Guide website journeys for product discovery, acquisition & upgrade by analyzing online user behavior, subscription conversion data and overall website journey flows.
•Advise on website localization, customer centric and data driven experiences by understanding, profiling and segmenting website visitors. Updating all sections of the website including homepage and all other categories.
•Collect, analyze, interpret and summarize complex data in presentation format to aid customer experience and marketing. Leverage data to identify market and partner-level opportunities.
• Creation of a VOD content marketing calendar to ensure regular content on the website throughout
the year.
• Keeping up to date with industry best practice and monitoring VOD activities of
Competitor websites.
•Help create the Acquisition strategy (budgeting, content mix, plan).
•Manage content selection, planning and workflow (Censorship, Promos, Subtitling, EPG, Publishing and QC).
Drafting Contracts and Managing internal and external business affairs with Arabic and western content providers including Hollywood studios.
•Create Market Content Research for a better insight of competitors' content mix.
•Create regular VOD Analysis Sales reports.
•Take responsibility of the content journey (select, delivery, plan, schedule, publish using CMS & UMS).
•Handle the relationship with content suppliers, dubbing and subtitling houses.
•Managing the inventory database of over 12000 assets.
A Supervisor of the systems ' BCM & INVENU ' and a super user of INEWS.
•Responsible for the migration to a tapeless environment and the training of the staff in such a regard.
•Managing Inventory and the new archive of Sheikh Zayed Library.
•Participate in mapping the strategy and goals of the library and the dubbing room
on Broadcast Master ‘BSS’.
•Manage the traffic of tapes through departments.
•Manage the inventory accurately along with warehouse on regular basis.
•Had a training on linear editing system and a cross training on Scheduling & Planning.
