• Plans, organizes, maintains, and manages the processes and operations of students recruitment, admission and registration services for all the fields and programmes; manages activities of the Admission and Registration to include: planning, implementing, administering and evaluating projects and services impacting the academic operations from an admission/registration perspective.
• Develops, recommends, organizes and administers the fields' policies and procedures pertaining to the admission and registration of all students including new, transfer, former, continuing, credit and non-credit students. Develops communication plan for admission and registration of students.
• Supervises administrative support staff and manages the operations of staff hiring, evaluations, training and recommends dismissal of staff as necessary.
• Serves as the system data custodian for admission and registration which includes building and maintaining tables that operate admission and registration products and ensure student access, the tuition and fee tables that assess charges upon registering.
• Collects and analyzes a variety of complex data and information regarding admission, registration, online processes, telephone helpline, and direct services. Summarizes findings in applicable reports or other communication mediums.
• Collaborates with staff, faculty, administrators and internal departments to research and resolve complex student issues relating to admission, registration, late drops, refunds, administrative drops and withdrawals. Presents admission and registration information to a variety of audiences.
• Monitors compliance with government regulations; ensures that the Ministry of Higher Education standards are adhered to with regard to admission, registration, student payment and related student records. Oversees the retention, security and confidentiality of student records.
• Monitors the publishing of the schedule of admission and registration dates and times. Establishes and maintains an admission and registration annual calendar of events and tracks benchmark activities. Monitor the development of forms that are utilized by students and staff for admission and registration purposes.
• Participates in a variety of meetings, committees, taskforces, and/or other related groups to communicate information and facilitate continuous improvement of programs and services i.e. examinations unit committee.

• Supervise the completion of the undergraduate students' credentials and follow up on lacking credentials, in addition to evaluate English proficiency exam results, TOEFL and IELTS test scores, publish the English results and notify the students who are subject to attending the Remedial English course.
• Monitor the process of the undergraduate financial support and scholarship review and evaluation of the supporting documents.
• Manage the distribution of the undergraduate students into sections as per the high school's section, admission's exam scores and English level, support in the process of the undergraduate students' schedules registration and drop.

- Assist in the process of the financial support and scholarship review and evaluation of the supporting documents
- Manage the posting of the Remedial English course results to the system and assist in the process of the students schedules registration depending on their high school section and English level.
- Ensure the completion of the students record on the PowerCampus system including the high school information and accurate test scores of high school, admissions exam, English and interview scores
- Analyse all the application and admissions procedures and actions, document the good practices and the bad ones, find solution and preventive action for any bad practice. (This analysis helps in setting up the new application and admissions plan)
- Assist in the process of the students books receipt and also in the grading review during the mid term exam and final exams.
- Issue enrollment certificates, transcripts, letters and forms whenever needed by the students .
- Upgrade the students forms whenever needed and upgrade the PowerCampus code tables related to the admissions including the test scores calculation formulas and connecting the codes to the relevant required job, academic records and billing whenever needed
- Search for information to assist in establishing and upgrading the university admissions and academic policies
- Perform other duties as assigned as per the monthly agenda (i.e. follow up the IT system requests, working during the City's events or educational fairs).
