Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Support external audits for financial compliance and issuance of financial statements.
Assist with monthly and yearly tax reporting, payment, and clearance for income and sales tax.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and assist in preparing the company budget.
Record day-to-day financial transactions using accounting software.
Manage invoices, accounts payable (AP) payments, and accounts receivable (AR) collection.
Keep track of project progress to ensure timely invoicing.
Manage day-to-day office operations including procurement and ensuring an adequate supply of office materials.
Resolve any operational issues and provide support for efficient operations.
Handle all employee-related matters including sourcing, interviewing, payroll, insurance, social security, income tax, and leave balances.
Issue proposals, agreements, and invoices for clients.
Design reports.
