Provide marketing and development consultancy on an independent basis for startups and running businesses.
• Primary responsibilities are planning, directing, coordinating, and evaluating Marketing strategies and Customer Relationship management resulted in revenue growth by 1100% within 15 months.
• Worked closely with IT to customize and update the CRM software to improve relationship marketing with patients and referring organizations.

TALEB Group owns and manages 28 companies in hospitality (Holiday Villa Hotel),
education (The Cambridge Schools), health care (The Turkish Hospital), real estate,
and other business lines.
• Report directly to the Managing Director of the Group.
• Developed and implemented a marketing strategy with QR 4 million annual budget.
• Managed a team of 16 sales agents. Considering the diversity of the business lines of each (B to B) and (B to C). Resulted: 18% sales increase in the first half of 2017, 20 % sales increase in 2016, 25% sales increase 2015, and 15% sales increase in 2014.
• Directly managed high profiled customers, achieved QR 30 million total sales from 2013 to 2017.
• Raised business revenue by following up on potential leads with face to face presentation and meetings.
• Managed the relations with the outsource CRM and Marketing suppliers.
• Raised company portfolio internationally for recruitment marketing with the overseas recruitment agencies in the UK, Canada, and Europe through regular visits to maintain relations helping to promote the differentiating factors to work with the Group, resulting in 145 multinational candidates joined from 2014 to 2017.

• Defined the target market segment and the projection of the market share for the Turkish Hospital.

• Carried out Recruitment Marketing, worked very closely with the Medical Director and HR department of the hospital for almost 12 months to attract highly qualified professional staff from different nationalities, by raising the hospital portfolio locally and overseas.

• Managed communication between event stakeholders by counselling and guiding them regarding content, planning, liability/risk management and logistical aspects of internal and external events.

• Responsible for delivering all commercial rights in relation to the sponsor / partner contract at the events.
