Monitoring all requests by the clients using CAFM system, daily and monthly reporting which includes all the activities and services provided to the client prepare quotations for variation work and follow up with the procurement team to issue the PO, managing the petty cash for the site assist the facilities manager in snags and DLP, prepare all the documents (check lists for the housekeeping, security, maintenance teams) as per the SLA, assist the HR to prepare the timesheet for the project staff and follow up with the sub-contractors to complete all the services as per the PPM schedule
Make the required arrangements for the local and the international Medical missions including contacting the medical team and the patients
Logistics coordinator taking care of placing order and processing all steps such as checking, arranging for payments up to clearance through customs
